Stella is a trained and insured therapy dog that is available for therapy sessions with Meredith MacKenzie. Stella specializes in grounding clients in sessions and is especially good at cuddling when clients feel anxious, sad, or just need extra support.

Therapy dogs have been shown to bring many benefits to therapy sessions. Stella relaxes clients and can help make talking about the difficult parts, a little easier.
